Threes Brewing is a great neighborhood brewery. Not only do they carry their own beers, but they carry beers from other local brewers, as well as wine and liquor. They do serve food and they also have a coffee bar upstairs as well as outdoor seating on their patio. The beer is delicious and very affordable, which is unique in Brooklyn. Threes Brewing also accommodates private events in their upstairs area, which is a nice touch. It can get extremely crowded at times but even at its busiest the service is fast and friendly.

Known as one of the original craft breweries in the US, The Brooklyn Brewery is a hip place that is only open to the public on the weekends, offering free tours during this time as well. A unique way to buy your beers is their token system, which you purchase near the front of the brewery, 1 token, usually $5, for 1 beer.
